RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Period and Conditions

General Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Defective Item Claims: Any manufacturing defects must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of package delivery. Claims made after this period are subject to technical inspection to ensure damage did not occur during use.

Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of perfume/cosmetics, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process and Approval

Important: Packages sent without prior approval or return instructions will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Fees and Customs Liability for Returns

Return Shipping: Except for confirmed manufacturing defects, the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Duties on Returns: For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, local taxes, and any customs duties/fees incurred at the Turkish border.

Refusal of Collect Shipments: Unauthorized "Collect" (Pay on Delivery) shipments or packages arriving with unpaid customs charges at our warehouse will be strictly refused. Any resulting costs remain the responsibility of the sender.
4. Fraud Prevention

Video Records: Every QUEENDA order is video-recorded during the packaging process for quality control.

Intentional Damage: If an item is found to have been intentionally damaged (e.g., cuts from sharp tools) to avoid return shipping fees, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.
5. Refunds and Exclusions

Processing: Once the returned item is inspected and approved at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Costs: Refunds are issued for the net product price only. Original shipping fees and DDP (Customs clearance) service fees are non-refundable as these services are fulfilled by third-party carriers.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene regulations, earrings and accessories, as well as personalized or altered items, are not eligible for return.
