 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping Areas and Rates

  • Domestic (Turkey): Free shipping is provided for orders over 1,000 TL. For orders below this amount, the standard shipping fee is 120 TL.

  • International (EU & Others): Free Express shipping is available for orders of 130$ and above. For orders below this threshold, the standard Express shipping fee is 14.95$.

2. Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

  • Turkey: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days after shipment.

  • International: Orders are shipped via Express services, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days.

3. Customs, Import Taxes, and Legal Obligations

    • United States (US) Orders (VIP DDP Delivery): At QUEENDA, to provide our US customers with a flawless shopping experience, we ship all orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that any customs duties and fees that may arise for shipments to the US are fully covered by QUEENDA. The price you see at Checkout is the final price you pay; you will not encounter any surprise taxes or additional fees at your door during delivery.

    • European Union (EU) Orders (150€ Rule): For orders under 150€ shipped outside of Turkey to EU countries, customs clearance is facilitated by QUEENDA (DDP); however, the procedures of local customs authorities in the destination country apply. In accordance with European Union customs laws, orders over 150€ are subject to customs duties and VAT payments. All taxes, duties, and additional legal costs arising from import procedures for amounts above this limit are entirely the responsibility of the BUYER.

    • Other Countries and Delays: For all international shipments outside the EU and the US, the local customs and tax laws of the destination country apply. Any potential customs duties belong to the buyer. Additionally, any delays in delivery times due to local customs procedures and inspections are beyond QUEENDA's control.

4. Tracking and Quality Assurance

  • A unique tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is dispatched.

  • Quality Assurance: To prevent fraudulent claims, every order is video-recorded during the packaging process to ensure items are dispatched in perfect condition.
